This special request cake is a chocolate chip vanilla cake with dark chocolate ganache filling and topped with a buttercream icing. The pretzels are handmade marshmallow fondant and painted to resemble the Philadelphia Pretzel. That is not mustard on the cake, it is actually yellow buttercream icing with chocolate shavings.
